
The Montrose R-XIV School District is celebrating a major achievement after receiving the highest Annual Performance Report (APR) score in Henry County and the entire surrounding region for K–12 districts.
According to new data released by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Montrose earned an impressive 87.5%, placing the district at the top among neighboring school systems. The APR measures a variety of performance categories, including academic achievement, attendance, graduate readiness, and continuous improvement efforts.
District leaders noted that the accomplishment reflects the hard work and dedication of teachers, staff, students, and families across the Montrose community.
