Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare Promotes Savanna Facklam to Executive Director of Growth and Development

Clinton, MO. – (Dec. 16, 2026) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce the promotion of Savanna Facklam to Executive Director of Development.

In her new role, Facklam will lead system-wide efforts to expand patient access, strengthen physician relationships and expand GVMH’s presence across its regional footprint. She will be responsible for identifying and advancing strategic growth opportunities that support the organization’s mission, vision and long-term goals.

Facklam will oversee business development, physician outreach, market analysis and service line opportunity assessments. As Executive Director of Growth and Development, she will serve as a strategic advisor that develops recommendations for expansion, affiliation and new services lines in close partnership with clinical, operational and financial leaders.

Facklam is an experienced healthcare leader with more than 15 years of expertise in multi-department oversight, regulatory compliance, clinical processes and operational management. She most recently served as Executive Director of Ambulatory and Telehealth Services at GVMH, where she provided leadership for four physician clinics and oversaw service line growth and development.

Highly skilled in healthcare operations, public relations, budget and financial analysis and resource management. Facklam is known for her commitment to improving patient access and enhancing care delivery through strategic leadership and innovation in ambulatory and telehealth services.

She earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, and holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from Crowder College. Facklam is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in A3 Healthcare and has earned the prestigious Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) credential.
