Henry County Sheriff’s Office Weekly Arrest and Incident Report

Dates: December 26, 2025 – January 01, 2026

Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:

  • December 27, 2025 – Trespassing, 1st Degree:
    Deputy Harms and Deputy Stevens conducted a follow-up investigation in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Jason Johnston, age 51, of Windsor, for trespassing in the 1st degree. Johnston allegedly returned to a residence from which he had previously been trespassed and again refused to leave.
  • December 28, 2025 – Violation of Protection Order, 2nd or Subsequent Offense:
    Deputy Murphy conducted a follow-up investigation in the Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Jillian Wells, age 37, of Clinton, for violating a protection order (2nd or subsequent offense). Wells allegedly sent text messages to the protected party.
  • December 31, 2025 – Warrant:
    Sergeant Logan, Detective Landes, Corporal Douglas, and Deputy Harms conducted a warrant service in the Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Jonathan Jordan, age 39, of Clinton, on a Henry County felony warrant for domestic assault in the 3rd degree.
  • January 01, 2026 – Driving While Intoxicated:
    Corporal Douglas conducted a traffic stop in the Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Casey Keller, age 48, of Clinton, for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.
  • January 01, 2026 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked:
    Deputy Stevens conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Aleksandr Sawchuck, age 33, of Windsor, for driving while suspended/revoked, 1st offense.

All individuals arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
