Local nonprofit groups, schools, churches and community organizations have just a few days left to apply for grant funding through the Truman Lake Community Foundation.
The deadline to submit applications is Monday, March 2.
Eligible organizations can apply for grants of up to $5,000 to support community projects across the region. Foundation officials say this will be the only grant cycle offered in 2026, making it an important opportunity for groups seeking funding assistance this year.
The Truman Lake Community Foundation is an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. Applications must be submitted online. Details about eligibility and the application form can be found at cfozarks.org under the “Find Grants” section. Applicants should search for Henry County or Truman Lake Community Foundation.
Anyone with specific questions can email trumanlakefoundation@gmail.com.
Organizations are encouraged to apply before the March 2 deadline.
