The Clinton Animal Shelter received a strong show of community support during its recent “Fur Ever Friends Game Night,” raising $4,400 to help care for homeless animals in the shelter’s care.
The fundraiser brought together residents, volunteers, and supporters for an evening of games, food, and fundraising, all benefiting the shelter’s mission of providing care and finding homes for pets in need.
Organizers expressed their appreciation to the many individuals and groups who helped make the event successful. Thanks were extended to those who donated items, participated in the activities, helped advertise and share information about the event, and assisted with printing tickets and flyers. Event organizers also recognized the work of the Furry Friends Fundraising Committee, the evening’s master of ceremonies, and the volunteers who prepared food.
Special appreciation was also given to the Clinton Elks Lodge for hosting the event.
Shelter representatives say the funds raised will go directly toward caring for animals currently housed at the shelter, including food, medical care, and other daily needs.
Organizers say the event’s success highlights the generosity of the Clinton community and the ongoing commitment to helping local pets find safe and loving homes.
