Henry County Sheriff’s Office Weekly Arrest and Incident Report

Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:
- March 21, 2026 – Property Damage 2nd Degree and Violation of an Order of Protection:
Detective Baker and Deputy Douglas responded to a disturbance in the Windsor area. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Brionna Thrasher, age 31, of Windsor, for violation of an order of protection and property damage in the 2nd degree. Thrasher allegedly went to the petitioner’s residence and caused damage to a vehicle at the location. - March 22, 2026 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked:
Deputy Murphy conducted a traffic stop in the Montrose area that resulted in the arrest of Terry Sieleman, age 47, of Appleton City, for driving while suspended/revoked. - March 22, 2026 – Driving While Intoxicated:
Deputy Douglas conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Amanda Ray, age 26, of Calhoun, for driving while intoxicated. - March 24, 2026 – Warrant:
Deputy Saulters arrested Lucas Heatherington, age 29, of Clinton, at the courthouse on a Henry County felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance. - March 26, 2026 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked:
Deputy Stevens conducted a traffic stop that resulted in the arrest of Nicholas Beck, age 24, of Urich, for driving while suspended/revoked. - March 26, 2026 – Assault:
SRO Evans and Deputy Harms conducted a follow-up investigation in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Tylor Wallen, age 36, of Windsor, for assault. Wallen allegedly shoved the victim. - March 26, 2026 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked:
Deputy Stevens conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Robert Lloyd, age 52, of Windsor, for driving while suspended/revoked.
All individuals arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
