
The Clinton Police Department has released its latest arrest report, identifying several individuals taken into custody over the past week on a variety of charges.
According to the report, Kenneth Smith, 63, of Clinton, was arrested April 15 on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Also arrested that day was Mark Wynes, 59, for driving while suspended or revoked, and Brooke Zabriskie, 30, for operating a vehicle without a valid license.
On April 14, Kevin Williamson, 25, was taken into custody on an assault charge. Earlier, on April 13, Adam Johnson, 45, was arrested on charges related to failure to register as a sex offender.
Additional arrests include Brenton Kafer, 33, and James Steward, 60, along with David Morris, 48, who was cited for operating without a valid license. Authorities also report the arrest of Daryl Travis, 57, on warrant service.
On April 11, Skylar Sexton, 28, was arrested on multiple charges, including driving while revoked and unlawful possession of a firearm.
One of the more serious cases in the report involves Steven Caudill, 36, who was arrested April 10. According to details listed on page 2 of the report, Caudill faces multiple charges including second-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
All individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
