Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Shianna D Fischbach,28, of Warsaw on Wednesday, September 18th at 2:01 pm in Jackson County. Fischbach was charged with 3 counts of Possession of a controlled substance and had an outstanding Clay county felony warrant for tampering of a motor vehicle and also an outstanding felony Kansas City warrant for dangerous drugs. Fischbach was taken to the Clay County Detention Center.
