On Saturday, September 21st at around 4:42 pm, a vehicle driven by Patricia S Malone,76, of Windsor was traveling southbound on Missouri Highway 23 when she crossed the center line and struck the vehicle driven by Jessica N Lindsay,34, of Lincoln, head on. Lindsay sustained minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to Research Medical center. Malone was pronounced dead at the scene by the Johnson County Coroner. Missouri State Highway Patrol along with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene.
