In a press release from the Henry County Commission, it was stated that after much discussion with various Elected Officials, the Sheriff, and the Courts, it was decided that for the safety of employees and the public, the Courthouse will become a one entrance building.
Starting November 1, 2024 the South, East, and North doors at the Henry County Courthouse will no longer be for public access. Public access will be at the West door where the parking lot is located and security will be stationed. The public is encouraged to park in the West side parking lot.
