Carma Ann Roper, age 69, of Blue Springs, Missouri passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025 at Shangri-La Rehab center in Blu Springs, Missouri. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 17, 2025 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel in Clinton, Missouri. Memorial contributions can be made to the Clinton Animal Rescue Endeavor (C.A.R.E.) and may be left in care of the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
