On Thursday, March 13th, in a powerful show of commitment to public safety, the Henry County Commissioners unanimously voted to adopt the Missouri Blue Shield Program resolution. With strong support and appreciation from the men and women of the Henry County Sheriffโs Office, this resolution marks a significant step forward in strengthening law enforcement and ensuring our communities remain safe.
On Wednesday night, that same dedication was echoed in the City of Deepwater, where the Board of Aldermen also unanimously adopted this resolution. The overwhelming presence of the Sheriffโs Office and the gratitude from city officials and residents alike confirmed the deep partnership between law enforcement and the communities we serve.

When our communities stand behind their law enforcement, we are empowered to do moreโto protect, to serve, and to build a safer future for all. This resolution is more than words on paper; it is a promise to continue our mission of reducing crime, strengthening community policing, and ensuring that our deputies have the resources they need to serve effectively.
Our journey does not stop here. In the coming weeks, we will be meeting with the Cities of Montrose, Urich, Calhoun, and Windsor during their Board of Aldermen meetings to present this resolution for adoption.
To the Henry County Commissioners, the City of Deepwater, and every citizen who has voiced their supportโthank you. Your belief in our mission fuels our commitment every day.
