Sheriff Aaron Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week of May 09, 2025 through May 15, 2025:

  • May 10, 2025 – Trespassing 1st Degree:
    Deputy McQueen conducted a follow-up investigation in the Windsor area, resulting in the arrest of Michael Ward, age 26, of Windsor, for trespassing in the 1st degree. Ward had previously been trespassed from Casey’s and allegedly re-entered the store.
  • May 11, 2025 – Driving While Intoxicated:
    Sergeant Brandt conducted a follow-up investigation in the Windsor area regarding a parking complaint. During the investigation, Sergeant Brandt conducted a traffic stop for a turn signal violation. Molly Gregson, age 29, of Windsor, was arrested on a 24-hour investigative hold for driving while intoxicated.
  • May 12, 2025 – Driving While Intoxicated:
    Deputy Stevens and Deputy Douglas conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area, resulting in the arrest of Tristan Dawson, age 33, of Windsor, for driving while intoxicated, false impersonation, no driver’s license, and no insurance. Dawson also had an Oregon County warrant for kidnapping and a no-bond Henry County Parole Violation warrant.
  • May 14, 2025 – Driving While Intoxicated:
    Deputy Douglas and Captain Bilbruck conducted a traffic stop in the rural Tightwad area that resulted in the arrest of Jason Mathia, age 49, of Tightwad, for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, and for a no-bond Henry County Probation and Parole Violation warrant.
  • May 14, 2025 – Possession of a Controlled Substance:
    Deputy Douglas conducted a traffic stop in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Ryan Butterworth, age 53, of Clinton, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • May 15, 2025 – Warrant Arrest:
    Sergeant Richardson arrested Jerry Yates, age 68, of Clinton, at the courthouse on two Henry County no-bond warrants: one for driving while intoxicated and the other for driving while suspended or revoked.
  • May 15, 2025 – Harassment 1st Degree:
    Sergeant Baker conducted a follow-up investigation in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Dallas Wendt, age 32, of Windsor, for harassment in the 1st degree. A warrant was issued and served for 1st degree stalking with a $25,000 cash only bond.
