Good morning everyone! Here are the latest reports coming out of for the State of Missouri at the end of last week;

Statewide, the average temperature was 62.9 degrees, 3.9 degrees below normal. Precipitation averaged 2.51 inches, 1.49 inches above average. Topsoil moisture supply was rated 2 percent very short, 11 percent short, 75 percent adequate, and 12 percent surplus. Subsoil moisture supply was rated 2 percent very short, 13 percent short, 80 percent adequate, and 5 percent surplus. My biggest concern for the next 10 days will be too much moisture. We have several small storm systems that are stacking up in the Pacific that will be coming into WCMO over this time frame. 3″-6″ of rainfall is suggested with the latest data through Sunday. A bigger storm system comes in around the 10th and again around the 13th. We also see the potential for severe weather including strong straight line winds and hail for our area on Tuesday, and again towards the end of the week. I saw 4 different sprayers rolling down 18 Hwy in Henry County this weekend, so it was a great weekend to get some spraying done with the light winds. We do see them pick up a bit today with wind gust up to 18mph. Here is the latest look also at the crop planting information as well as our weekly exclusive Ag Meteogram. Have a great day! Subby
