Henry County Sheriff’s Office Weekly Report: Arrests and Patrol Coverage, July 11–17, 2025

Sheriff Aaron Brown has released the weekly arrest and incident report for July 11 through July 17, 2025, detailing a series of warrants served, drug-related charges, and county-wide patrol activity.

Arrests and Incidents:

  • July 11: Sergeant Richardson arrested Dylan Mitchell, 33, of Lincoln, at the Henry County Courthouse on a warrant for assault.

  • July 12: Deputies Hinkle and England arrested Winston Thomas, 55, of Windsor, during a follow-up investigation. Thomas was taken into custody on a St. Clair County failure to appear warrant for traffic offenses.

  • July 13: Deputy Murphy, assisted by Clinton Police, arrested Preston Jones, 58, of Clinton. Jones faces charges for violating a protection order, possession of a controlled substance, and a Henry County felony warrant. Authorities allege he was in a residence with a person protected by an order and in possession of illegal substances.

  • July 14:

    • Deputy Saulters arrested Gary Robbins, 37, of Virginia, on a Henry County felony warrant for tampering with a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

    • Deputy Chaney conducted a traffic stop in Clinton that led to the arrest of Jeffery Leas, 35, of Independence, on a Benton County warrant for failure to appear on traffic offenses.

  • July 15: Deputy Romi arrested Colton Gatske, 30, of Clinton, at the courthouse on a Henry County felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

  • July 16:

    • Deputy Stevens arrested Ratna Nadooparambil, 28, of Warrensburg, during a Windsor traffic stop on a Johnson County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense.

    • Deputy Saulters also arrested David Kieffer, 30, of Windsor, at the courthouse for a Henry County warrant for peace disturbance.

All individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Female Inmates: 28
