Osage Valley Electric Cooperative Association will host its 87th Annual Meeting in a convenient drive-thru format on Thursday, August 21, 2025. Members can register between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. at either the Butler or Clinton office locations. Signage and staff will be on hand to guide members through the pole yards for registration, voting, and gift pickup.
Members are encouraged to bring the registration slip included in the August edition of Rural Missouri magazine. All members who participate in the drive-thru format will receive a $20 electric bill credit.
For added convenience, members may also choose to participate online. Online registration and voting will be open from August 9 through August 19, 2025. Those who vote online will also receive a $20 credit on their electric bill. A link to the secure online voting portal will be available on the Cooperative’s website at www.osagevalley.com and its official Facebook page during the voting window.
All members who register either online or in-person will be entered into a drawing for additional electric credit certificates and other prizes. Credits and prizes will be applied to members’ September 1, 2025, electric bills.
Information regarding the 2024 meeting minutes, 2025 official meeting notice, financial report, bylaw amendment (Proposition A), president’s report, and bios on incumbent directors—who are running uncontested this year—can be found in the August Rural Missouri issue, on the Cooperative’s website, and on Facebook.
An abbreviated business meeting will take place immediately following the drive-thru registration period on August 21. Directors will be present at both locations and will conduct the official meeting via Zoom.
