
Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is excited to announce the launch of its updated Patient Portal — known as the myGVMH Portal. Designed to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly experience, the enhanced portal makes it easier than ever for patients to access and manage their health information.
“We are continually looking for ways to improve the patient experience,” said Johnny Ingham, Clinical Systems Analyst at GVMH. “The new myGVMH Portal gives our patients greater control and convenience, whether they are at home or on the go.”
The updated portal features a modern look and streamlined navigation, offering a refreshed design that makes it easier to find what you need quickly and efficiently.
A new dashboard provides convenient, user-friendly widgets that allow one-click access to appointments, imaging reports, lab results, provider reports, secure messages and more — all in one central location.
The improved layout enhances usability with navigation and account options now located on the left-hand side of the screen. In addition, a new calendar view lets patients see upcoming appointments at a glance, making scheduling and planning simpler.
For added convenience, mobile access is available through the Meditech MHealth mobile app, allowing users to take advantage of all these enhancements while on the go, with a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.
