The Clinton Public Works Committee will hold an open meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. at Clinton City Hall, 105 E. Ohio Street.
Committee members Roger House, Cameron Jackson, and Rob Hills will be joined by city staff including Christy Maggi, TJ Williams, Brad Combs, Chuck Bailey, John McClendon, and Trace Pemberton, as well as contract staff Jon Patriarca and Steve McKim with Alliance Water Resources (AWR). Guest attendees will include Dustin Sterling of AWR and Mayor Carla Moberly.
The primary item on the agenda is the city’s wastewater system, with a focus on the East sludge basin. The committee will review three repair options presented by engineering firm HDR, along with a proposal from Ross Construction to move forward with Option 3.
The meeting is open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend to stay informed on infrastructure and wastewater improvement efforts within the City of Clinton.
