The Clinton Police Department reports the following arrests from recent activity within the city limits. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On December 17, officers arrested Freddy Guerrero, age 35, on charges of stealing and forgery.
On December 16, Ayden Ninemire, age 22, was arrested on charges of invasion of privacy and domestic assault in the fourth degree.
Also on December 16, David Lunsford, age 46, was taken into custody following a warrant service.
On December 10, Steven Caudill, age 36, was arrested on charges including stealing and possession of a controlled substance, along with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
On December 10, Ryan Thomas, age 39, was arrested for driving while suspended or revoked.
On December 9, Steven Morgan, age 37, was arrested following a warrant service.
On December 8, Zachary Adams, age 33, was taken into custody following a warrant service.
Also on December 8, Charles Cates, age 33, was arrested for trespassing.
On December 6, Taylor Busick, age 24, was arrested following a warrant service.
On December 6, Calli Morrow, age 18, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol.
Additional arrests on December 6 included Faith Klahs, age 18, and Bradley Wetzel, age 18, both for minor in possession of alcohol.
On December 5, Mashele Overbey, age 47, was arrested on a charge of burglary in the second degree.
All arrests are allegations, and formal charges are subject to review by the appropriate prosecuting authority.
