The City of Clinton reminds all citizens that when there has been an accumulation of snow and ice of two inches or more during the period of 6 AM until 11 PM, of any day, parking will be prohibited at all hours on the following Phase I Snow Emergency Routes:
2nd Street/Calvird Drive, from N. MO Hwy. 7/13 jct. to MO Hwy. 13 and Calvird Drive jct.
Ohio Street, from Montgomery to Vansant
Gaines Drive, from MO Hwy. 13 to MO Hwy. 52
Parking will also be prohibited on the following Phase II Snow Emergency Routes during the period of 11 PM until 6 AM, on those same days:
Franklin Street, 2nd to Water
Jefferson, 2nd to Water
Main Street, Green to Ohio
Washington, Green to Ohio
8th Street, Ohio to Bodine
Clinton Street, 2nd to 8th
Bodine Street, 2nd to 8th
6th Street, Ohio to Clinton
Parking prohibitions shall remain in effect until public notification or until any given block of roadway is substantially cleared from curb to curb.
The City encourages all citizens to park vehicles in alternate locations as soon as possible to allow the Clinton Street Dept. to begin the plowing process at the earliest possible time.
