
The Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for its annual spring scholarship program, offering four total scholarships to support local students pursuing agriculture and related career paths.
The Chamber’s Agriculture Committee will award up to three $1,000 Agriculture/Agri-Business scholarships for 2026. To be eligible, applicants must be residents of Henry County, Missouri and meet one of the following requirements:

Be a graduating high school senior planning to pursue a degree or vocation in agriculture or an agriculture-related field and enroll in a university, community college, or trade school for the Fall 2026 semester; or

Be a post-secondary student currently pursuing a degree or vocation in agriculture or an agriculture-related field and enrolled in a university, community college, or trade school for the Summer and/or Fall 2026 semester.
In addition, the Chamber is accepting applications for the Dr. John Chapin Scholarship, a $1,500 award. Eligibility rules are the same as the Agriculture/Agri-Business scholarship; however, preference will be given to applicants planning to pursue studies in veterinary medicine, animal science, or closely related fields.
All applications must be printed or typewritten and returned no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 6, 2026, to the Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce, 200 South Main Street, Clinton, Missouri 64735.
Late or faxed applications will not be accepted.
Applicants will be notified by mail following the committee’s selection process.
