Clinton Police Department Releases Recent Arrest Report (CORRECTION)

The Clinton Police Department has released its latest arrest report, detailing several arrests made between February 6 and February 16, 2026.

According to the report, William Moon, 51, was arrested on February 16 at approximately 2:29 a.m. on charges of stealing — theft from a motor vehicle.

On February 15, Amy Naylor, 43, was taken into custody at 4:51 a.m. on an active warrant. Later that morning, Morgan Zumwalt, 23, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. for driving while intoxicated (alcohol).

On February 14, officers arrested Quention Dugan, 28, at 10:23 p.m. on a warrant. Earlier that day at 1:35 p.m., Hailea Dehart, 20, was arrested for assault. Also on February 14, Dale Byrne, 40, was taken into custody at 10:23 a.m. for driving while suspended or revoked and improper registration.

On February 12, Timothy Jefferies, 36, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. and faces multiple charges, including resisting or interfering with arrest for a felony, burglary in the first degree, and related offenses.

On February 11, Logan Coppage, 37, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia and on an active warrant. Earlier that evening, Clifton Wareham, 58, was arrested twice on separate assault charges.

On February 10, Warren Vinson, 46, and Jerry Perry, 56, were both arrested on separate forgery charges involving checks.

Earlier in the week, on February 6, Robert Vanblaricon, 37, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (amphetamine) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia involving dangerous drugs.

All individuals listed in the report were processed and their cases have been forwarded to the appropriate prosecuting authority. All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
