Phena Edna Eichelberger, age 93, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at Clinton Health and Rehab Center, Clinton, Missouri. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on April 4, 2026 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel in Clinton. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 PM prior to the service. Burial to follow in the Vansant Road Cemetery in Clinton. Memorial contributions can be made to the Clinton Samaritan Center and may be left in care of the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
